The energy landscape has changed.
If you're not actively taking care of your energy — learning how to use it, how to work with it, protect it, how to jooj it up when you need to, and how to pull it back when you're being drained — you are leaving yourself wide open.

There's no fear-mongering here, I'm speaking from experience.

Both my own personal experience, and the experience of so many clients who've come to me recently suffering the very physical effects of energy shenanigans.

So much of what has been taught about energy is a crock of sh*t.

If you've been taught that all you need to do is "raise your vibe" to protect your energy, your vibe is someone else's energy supply.

If you've been taught that you just need to smudge with sage and lay out your crystals and you're good to go — you're just stinking the house out without changing its energy. The neighbours probably think you're smoking drugs, and you're still tired and drained with funky energy.

If you've gone to all the massage therapists, healers and energy workers to fix your physical symptoms and wondered why you came away feeling so tired and drained — it's because they messed with your energy field.

Whether they knew what they were doing or not, they haven't been taught how not to do it. You don't need to know about energy in order to be able to manipulate someone else's, and most healing and energy courses don't teach their students energetic hygiene and ethical energy practices.
