The new Medicare Mental Health Check In website has resources to help you get support early, including:
✅ evidence-based resources
✅ help understanding what you’re experiencing
✅ practical self-care tips.

The service is rolling out in stages and offers free, online support with no referral or diagnosis needed.

By May 2026, you can access more supports – whether you prefer to move at your own pace, or connect with a trained practitioner along the way via phone or video.

Alternatively, please attend the Medicare Walk in Clinic in Beeliar.
