💉 Flu Vaccines Now Available

We’re pleased to let our patients know that flu vaccines for all age groups have now arrived at the clinic — including the nasal mist (needle-free) option for eligible children.

✅ Free flu vaccinations will be available from May to June, in line with current health guidelines.

👶 Flu Mist (nasal spray) eligibility:
• Children aged 2 to under 18 years
• Children aged 2–8 years receiving their first flu vaccine will need 2 doses (4 weeks apart)
• Those previously vaccinated only require 1 dose

👩‍🍼 RSV Vaccines:
• Currently available for pregnant women and infants only
• Government-funded over 75 RSV vaccines for older age groups have been announced, we don't have the stock available as yet, however will announce when available.

🎉 Staff Milestone: Celebrating 11 Amazing Years! 🎉

This month, we’re celebrating an incredible 11 years with Kristy – our Regional Manager and Practice Manager at Harvest Lakes Medical Centre (and unofficial professional tormentor of her 2IC and long-suffering friend, Kelly 😄).

Kristy’s journey began at Hammond Park Family Practice as a casual medical receptionist, all while balancing life as a harness racing driver – talk about multitasking!

When Harvest Lakes Medical Centre opened in 2016, she made the move and quickly found her stride in leadership, becoming 2IC before stepping into the Practice Manager role in October 2017.

Not one to slow down, Kristy was promoted to Regional Manager in 2020.

Since then, she’s been a driving force behind the success of Jupiter’s south clinics – supporting managers, building strong teams, and delivering operational excellence… all while keeping Harvest Lakes running like a well-oiled machine.

Outside of work, Kristy loves spending time with her family (especially her niece), tormenting Kelly, keeping active with Pilates, and enjoying all things football – both on the field and from the sidelines often found cheering on Kelly’s daughter Lucie… and of course, she still has a special place in her heart for her horses.

Kristy, your dedication, leadership, and ability to keep everyone (especially Kelly 😉) on their toes is truly appreciated. Congratulations on 11 fantastic years – we’re lucky to have you! 👏

🚨 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Our beloved employee Kelly is currently out sick 🤒

Last seen bravely attempting to “push through” before being defeated by germs and/or bad luck.

Symptoms include:
• Not answering emails (suspicious 👀)
• Zero coffee consumption (very concerning ☕❌)
• Actually resting for once
• Not hitting the arc swimming pools

We wish Kelly a speedy recovery and look forward to their triumphant return… mainly because we miss her accent 😅
