Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week is Australia’s largest national health campaign dedicated to the wellbeing of women, girls, and gender-diverse people.

This year, we’re encouraging everyone to ‘Say yes to you’ — to speak up, check in, and prioritise your health and wellbeing.

In 2024, we reached over 5 million people online, with 1.6 million visits to the Jean Hailes website.
In 2025, we want to go even further — and we need your voice to help us get there.

Take time during 1–5 September to check in, learn something new, and prioritise YOU.
Each day explores a new theme to broaden your mind and support your health journey:

Stay up to date with health checks and screenings that help keep you well.

❤️🎈 Get Silly for a Serious Cause 🎈❤️

Every August, Australians come together to support families affected by SIDS, stillbirth, and pregnancy loss.

Red Nose Day began as Australia’s first national fundraising day, raising over $1.3 million and selling more than a million red noses!

Thanks to this incredible community effort, we now have life-saving safe sleep programs that have helped protect over 12,000 little lives.

Join us by wearing a red nose, having fun, and making a real difference.
Together, we can support grieving families and fund vital research.

Daffodil Day is a national day of hope — supporting all Australians affected by cancer. It’s a chance for us to come together, raise funds, and help power life-saving cancer research, prevention, and support services.

💛 The daffodil is more than just a flower — it’s a symbol of strength, renewal and optimism for a brighter, cancer-free future.

How you can get involved:

💛 Wear a daffodil pin or yellow to show your support
💛 Make a donation — every dollar makes a difference
