Don't take foods away, just try adding some healthy foods to what you're already eating. ๐Ÿ‘

Check out my simple recipe for Veggie Muffins. You may have heard of Egg Muffins where you cook eggs in muffin tins so you have easy grab'n go breakfast options. Some people might even add some veggies, sausage, bacon, etc. to them.

Well, my Veggie Muffins are about 90% healthy, whole plant foods with just a small amount of eggs to hold everything together. ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

But we all know how hard it can be to start or maintain a regular exercise program with our busy, hectic schedules. ๐Ÿ˜ง

Here are some tips to help you get started and stay on track:

โž™ Find exercise you enjoy and look forward to doing
โž™ Choose workouts you're good at
โž™ Put it in your calendar like an appointment
โž™ Break up your workout into shorter 10 min spurts throughout the day
โž™ Set mini goals - small steps that lead to a larger goal
โž™ Workout in the morning before you find excuses not to
โž™ Keep workout clothes handy
โž™ Have a "plan-B" in case your original workout plans fall through
โž™ Find an exercise partner to keep you accountable
โž™ Play music to make it fun and stay motivated

Our Story

Hello & welcome to our Empower family! My name is Donna Savage, over 20 years ago I set out on a journey to prove that strength training is the most important exercise for women. I joined a crusade to dispel the myth that lifting weights will give us big, bulky muscles when it actually does the opposite. Strength training helps us tone, tighten, & gives us curves in all the right places! As a busy, working mom in my 50โ€™s, I am able to do things now that I could never have done in my 20s. While our womenโ€™s exercise solutions have expanded well beyond strength training, our belief remainsโ€ฆ.. STRONG body, STRONG mind, STRONG spirit. Thank you for trusting us and remember, โ€œit is never too late to become the best version of you!โ€
