With the lifting of lockdown in Brisbane yesterday and the ADA moving to Level 1 restrictions, we are pleased to report our practice will return to treating patients in rooms. Telehealth remains available on request.

During the current Brisbane lockdown, Queensland OMS will remain open for urgent and symptomatic cases.

Elective surgery in the most hospitals will continue as normal with restrictions on visitors and support people.

Telehealth consultations can be arranged for non-urgent cases.

In the case of an emergency such as infection, trauma or significant pathology please contact our rooms on 07 38711188.

At Queensland OMS the safety of our patients, staff and community are paramount. In these uncertain times, we want to keep you informed as to how the COVID-19 virus is affecting our business hours and operation.

The most recent level 3 recommendations from the Australian Dental Association (ADA) are now being enforced by the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC). This places restrictions on what services we can provide and how they are performed.

All elective and non-urgent treatment must be delayed. Telehealth consultations can be arranged to offer advice and reassurance in these cases. This will aid social distancing and self-isolation policies.

In the case of an emergency such as infection, trauma or significant pathology please contact our rooms on 07 38711188.
