Emotional Hunger vs. Physical Hunger – Know the Difference!
Before you snack, ask yourself: Am I actually hungry?
Emotional Hunger:
❌ Comes on suddenly
❌ Craves specific comfort foods
❌ Isn’t satisfied even when full
❌ May lead to guilt afterward
Physical Hunger:
✅ Builds gradually
✅ Open to a variety of foods
✅ Stops when satisfied
✅ No guilt involved
