Graham Tronc Medical We are a specialist gynaecology/obstetrics/infertility practice located in the Wesley Medical Centre

In 2001, Dr Tronc helped found the Brisbane Fibroid Clinic and continues to work with the Endometriosis Care Centre of Australia (ECCA) in Brisbane. Dr Tronc is dedicated to The Wesley Research Institute and is currently undertaking research into the Genetics of Endometriosis. Previously, Dr Tronc has researched an alternative treatment for uterine fibroids (still a common reason for hysterectomy) called uterine fibroid embolisation (UFE) and works in collaboration with The Wesley Hospital Interventional Radiology Team to save many women from hysterectomy. Dr Tronc is currently also conducting a non-funded research project with Dr Barbara Laing of The Wesley Medical Imaging into the use of MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to diagnose ADENOMYOSIS (a condition similar to endometriosis). He is particularly interested in the diagnosis of adenomyosis in young women. Dr Tronc is also a Clinical Consultant with the City Fertility Centre. His consulting suites are located in the Wesley Medical Centre and he continues to deliver babies at the Wesley Hospital in Auchenflower.
