Great to travel with a small but awesome Wollongong contingent to the IYA Convention in Melbourne over the weekend. Such a wonderful vibe plus revelatory and inspiring teaching. And much gratitude to the events committee and volunteers who worked so hard to make it happen!

Moore Lane Yoga Room Fundraiser
Friday October 24, 7:30pm – 9:15pm
We are happy to announce a follow-up fund-raiser FILM NIGHT! We will screen a film tracing the roots of hatha yoga in traditions in Nepal, Tibet and India. The event will support NSYI, the Community Association which runs the Yoga Room, to make the room comfortable in warmer months with fans, screens etc.
The film tickets are $25 and you can purchase them on Humantix online at https://events.humanitix.com/moore-lane-yoga-room-fundraiser, with any further donations also gratefully accepted. Make sure you get in early to secure your ticket.
We will offer chai onsite, and please bring a cushion, beanbag or camping chair to the hall on the night- the film is just over an hour long.

Loving the new Moore Lane Yoga Room! People are finding it has a lovely feel … there’s plenty of room and all the equipment’s there!
My timetable is:
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10am - 11:30am (general class)
Tuesday 6pm - 7:30pm (general / restorative class)
Saturday 8am - 9:30 am (led-class, experienced).
My Thursday 6pm beginners class is on hold for the moment: I will keep you posted. As always, beginners are looked after and most welcome in all ‘general’ classes.

We have a new yoga room! Very excited to announce the opening of The Moore Lane Yoga Room at the Church Hall, 25 Oceana Pde, Austinmer (walk through from 25 Oceana Parade to the Church Hall on Moore Lane, or walk along Moore lane).
Please bring your own yoga mat to class (all other equipment supplied).
