Perfect for friends, couples and families... this amazing home/retreat space has an open plan living-dining-kitchen area that pours out onto a full length balcony on one side, and a restful courtyard on the other. Open the large glass doors along both sides for complete inside/outside living.
All 3 bedrooms have their own en-suite.
Bedroom 1: The Courtyard bedroom offers a King size suite with full height glass doors opening out onto the courtyard space. The en-suite also offers a stone bath and double shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs, and offer spectacular views through the large ‘viewing windows’. They both enjoy a private en-suite, while sharing access to a large deep soaking therapeutic spa bath, that sits in its own room, and also offers the same spectacular views. Bedroom 2 : The Moon Room also offers a King suite and a special moon ‘viewing window’ that allows you to lay in bed and watch the full moon set over the escarpment - very special!
Bedroom 3: The Chill space, offers a nootch with a relaxing day bed and views of the escarpment and skies above!
Actually... every room in this luxe beach house has incredible views (including the powder room!) And with more glass than walls in this very special space, nothing is there to get in your way :)
Now, you might be thinking that views this good require stairs, and you would be right - you are up two floors to the house, and 3 to the upstairs bedrooms, however do not despair! This house has its own elevator, so no-one misses out...
For the business types and budding entrepreneurs the house also offers a beautiful office space.
And for the foodies, you will love the Asko appliances in the kitchen, including 2 ovens - all in an open plan space, so you won’t miss any of the fun while you’re whipping up a storm.... And out the back, you will find a green house full of herbs and veges ready for you to use in your next culinary creation.
Ok, so that’s the house, what about the area? We sit in between the villages of Thirroul and Austinmer, and while you feel you’re up in there with the birds, you are actually an easy 5 minute walk to the beaches and village shops of both these seaside villages. Headlands hotel is a 2 beach walk away, and if you’re feeling energetic, you can walk up to Coledale and try out all they have to offer. And if you’re really up for a challenge, there is the track up to the top of the escarpment where you can (eventually) reward yourself with an ice-cream or coffee at Sublime Point Cafe :)
