Whole Body Natural Health I'm an accredited Naturopath with a special interest in women's health and natural hormone balance. I am currently offering online/zoom consultations only.

I am an accredited clinical Naturopath based in beautiful Austinmer, NSW. I mostly use a combination of nutritional recommendations, herbal medicine and high quality supplements to help bring you back into balance. With careful case history taking, assessing pathology blood results and functional testing I aim to gather as much information as possible before developing a personalised treatment pla

With suspected hormonal imbalance, blood tests are often thought of as 'not helpful' due to the daily fluctuations in hormone levels, however a well timed blood test can give some great information to work with!

Most tests are routine and are often available through your GP, and when timed well are a great place to start if you are struggling with signs of hormonal imbalance.
