Spaghetti bolognese was on the menu tonight, one thermie boiled my pasta, one thermie made Chunky bolognese (a skinnymixers recipe 🥳) that is guided on Cookidoo, and FYI you can actually scale up or down , up to a kilo of beef mince!
The kids fav thing to have with spag bog is garlic bread and weve been hooked on a really expensive sourdough garlic bread from the supermarket lately but we had run out.
It would probably be a crime in my house to serve spag bog without some garlic bread soooooo
Quick search on cookidoo. Photo is less than appealing which is probably why i dont think ive ever made it before.
Tweaked it a little bit tonight. Let it prove for 10 mins - enough to let the gluten relax and easily roll out. Blitzed up about 60g butter, maybe 80g of mozzarella and about the same amount parmesan (leftovers in the fridge) plus 4 fresh garlic cloves. Then just spread it out on top of the rolled out , rectangular shaped pizza base . Sprinkled with a bit of Italian herbs and into the nice hot oven for about 15 minutes .

With the bolognese i follow every step of the recipe and add in half a zucchini, some spinach leaves and a carrot to blitz with the onion, then at the end tip the mince into the sauce and blend for 5 seconds reverse speed 3.3/4. Then its the perfect consistency for my family! 😍
