As the day draws to a close and a New Year approaches I'd like to thank you all who have chosen me to be apart of their healing journey throughout this year.

With a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth, saying "Just for today" immediately my shoulders drop and there is a calm that washes over me 😊

Do you protect your energy?

How many times have you said "I'm so drained" or "It drains me" or "They drain me"????

Protecting your energy can be easy some days yet others you drain yourself just figuring out how to stop the drain of your energy!!

Here is just a little list on how you can protect YOUR energy, but there are so many others as well so I'd like to see this list expand with your help, just pop yours in the comments.

It's amazing what can happen when you just switch a simple thought pattern.

I had to give myself a kick up the ass, just yesterday as I was "Trying" to get through my overgrown garden.

I'd taken a break to grab a cold glass of water. When I looked up at the garden an thought F@%k!!!! This is just not going to happen 🤦‍♀️

To procrastinate just a little more seen I'd finished me glass of water. I called a mate to have a chat. About 20 mins into the conversation I get asked "what are you up to?"
Me : "I'm trying to do my gardening"
Me mate : "did I hear you right, your" TRYING" (emphasis on Trying!)
Me : "yer"
Me mate : "Really and how's that working out for you?"
Me : right here is where I kick my ass"F@$k"
Then nothing but laughter 🤣🤣🤣
Me mate : screams "Just Do It... that's what you always tell me"

The phone call ends my ass is kicked and it's time to Just Do It..

Garden Done ✅
Cabinet preped, undercoat ✅
Dishes ✅
Washing, washed and folded ✅

My only plan for the day was the garden .

To me mate, Thank you for the reminder 🙏 🤪

So just for today, an hour or longer if you wish, switch Trying to Just Do It!
