Doesn’t look like much but it’s the best comfort food after a crazing end to March Madness - Mac n Cheese with shredded chicken with a side of sweet potato mash!!!!

All Thermie made/cooked - so thankful for my thermies as whilst I was attending to calls, messages, help - with getting the last of the TM7 orders in today , they were sorting dinner , grating cheese, cooking the macaroni, making the cheese and bacon sauce, browning then shredding some chicken breasts , steaming then mashing the sweet potato !

With very little hands on - except to add ingredients ……. What made it even easier 2 bowls !!

Mac n Cheese & Cauliflower Cheese 🩷🧀

After tuning into my amazing mumma Team Leader Kia Gorham - Thermomix Team Leader & Consultant last night while she was cooking live, I couldn’t resist… it had to be Mac n Cheese for dinner! 🤪

Topped it off with some shredded ham (because why not 😜) and when I heard that there would be HEAPS of that creamy cheese sauce… well, sharing is caring right?! So of course, the cauliflower got some love too 😋

Honestly, is there anything better than a good comfort meal like this? 💛
