lesson learnt don’t be doing two manual recipes at the same time.
Was almost a flop firstly missing two crucial steps while mixing the sponge then not being able to find the right size baking pan but went ahead anyway and just made it a thinner base once it was soaked in the coffee mixture and sat overnight… it’s still tasted Yum.
can’t wait to make it again properly haha and it can only turn out so much better next time 🥰almost a flop by missing 2 steps when mixing up the sponge batter - recovered … the

The other manual recipe I was doing at same time turned out perfect with no F # ups there hahahaha
