Hydration:

- Aim for 8-10 glasses of good quality water. Consider testing your tap water for toxins.

Legs-up-the-wall is a simple yet restorative yoga pose that benefits your entire body, especially your legs and feet. You can practice it for just 5 minutes or longer, and when combined with deep breathing, 20 minutes can feel as refreshing as a 2-hour nap!

🍃 Getting Started

You need an empty wall and a bolster or pillow (or 2-3 large towels) and a small towel or eye bag. Here’s how to do it:

1. Find Your Spot : Lie on the floor next to the wall, using a blanket if the surface is hard.

2. Position Your Legs : Swing your legs up so your heels rest against the wall, keeping your hips close. If your lower back hurts, move slightly away from the wall.

3. Elevate Your Pelvis: Place a bolster or thick towels under your lower back to elevate your pelvis. Ensure your head is aligned with your spine.

4. Knee Position : Bend your knees slightly for comfort. If your neck hurts, roll a towel under your neck.

5. Relax: Cover your eyes with an eye bag or towel to help your nervous system relax.
