Hello, my name is Christine Jolly – A ‘Grammy’, Dru Yoga Teacher and Cancer Survivor. I live in Australind, in the delightful SW of WA. Life’s Journey, my return from a Cancer death sentence, Yoga, and my personal practises, have blessed me with an understanding of the deeper layers of our Being.
I have come to understand that stress, competitive workplaces, busy lives, lack of quality sleep, anxiety, insomnia, depression, & dis-ease, cause imbalances of our internal energy system and rhythms.
My journey has led me to Sound & Vibrational Therapy. I am attending the Internationally Accredited Australian College of Sound Therapy.
Blessed with a 2nd chance at life, I wish to share these blessings with you, so that you may experience the benefits of Sound Meditation & Vibrational Therapy, and the peace it can bring into your life whatever your background, health or challenges.
What is Sound Therapy?
There is significant research in modern day Physics that shows we are vibrational Beings. Billions upon billions of frequencies interact with each other and resonate within us. Just as importantly, those vibrations constantly interact with what’s happening in our environment.
So, in a world where vibration reigns supreme, the sounds and vibrations that fill our surroundings can influence and change the vibrations within us, affecting our health and wellbeing for the better – or the worse in the case of dissonant or unpleasant sounds.
Scientists have found that listening to healing music significantly increases levels of Interleukin-1 in the bloodstream. Interleukins are a family of proteins associated with a variety of physical benefits, including cellular protection against serious illnesses and diseases. This same study also noted reduced levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which suppresses the immune system and which is considered a significant contributing factor in modern diseases.
Why Sound Meditation?
The calming and deep benefits of personal Meditation are well known and fully supported in Medical Circles around the world. But if you find it difficult to set aside the time to Meditate, or if you feel your brain cannot fully relax, then Sound Meditation may be a modality you might like to try. And it’s easy! Just lay back and receive!
Benefits of Sound Meditation:
• Promotes deep relaxation
• Improves sleep
• Deeply rejuvenating
• Induces a mediative state
• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Increases the ability to move through emotional blockages
• Calms and balances internal energies
• Uplifts your spirit/personal vibration
• Enhances one’s ability to dream, listen, and focus
• A great tool for self-inquiry
How?
As you rest comfortably, in a position of your choice, on a soft mat with blankets, bolsters & pillows to support your body, I will use a range of Traditional Healing Musical Instruments, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Symphonic Gong, Dream Harp etc to create flowing sounds, riffs and musical phrases, to deliver oscillating waves of harmonious musical intervals, resonance, and fundamental frequencies to you. These musical intervals trigger rhythmical consistent firing patterns of certain auditory neurons.
Brain Waves Info:
Beta – Alert; Engaged at work; ‘Busy’ Thinking
Alpha – Relaxed; Images and Visuals; Self-introspection; Day Dreaming
Theta – Deep Meditation; Between Awake/Asleep; Flow of Ideas / Creativity; Shamanic States; Bridge to Subconscious
Delta - Dreamless Sleep; Unconscious; Deep Sleep
My aim is to keep you in states flowing between Alpha & Theta brain waves, while delivering sounds to balance and align your internal energies.
What happens if I fall asleep?
You will still receive all the health and relaxation benefits.
I would like to offer you the opportunity to experience Sound Meditation in a Private Setting.

Namaste, Christine
