We’ve seen so many kids return term after term (which we LOVE), and for 2026 we’re taking things to the next level.

This year, our Kids & Teens Pilates is no longer just about “keeping them active” it’s about progressively building strength, movement quality, and injury resilience during key developmental years.

What makes our program different?
✔ Physio-led, clinical Pilates approach
✔ One shared, Physiotherapist-designed program across all classes
✔ Progressive, strength-based programming (not random exercises)

What we focus on:
• Supporting hypermobility
• Improving posture (especially with school + device use)
• Reducing common aches & pains (backs, knees, feet, hips)
• Protecting growing bodies
• Setting kids up for long-term movement health

Every class includes:
• Upper & lower body strength
• Deep core stability
• Postural muscle endurance
• Mobility & control

This balanced, evidence-based approach helps:
