Pain running down your leg isn’t always the same thing.
What people often call “sciatica” simply means irritation of the sciatic nerve.
That irritation can sometimes relate to:
• spinal joint irritation
• disc irritation
• surrounding muscles (such as piriformis)
Because the cause can vary, the most appropriate management can vary too.
In this video I show a stretch that may help in some cases where muscles are contributing.
