Just nipped out for some essentials before my first client of the day! ☕️💠

I’ve been walking so much lately, I find walking truely is the most underrated form of exercise! And wow is it good for your mental health too ✨

Most of the time my aftercare advice to my clients is “move more” and lots of people think this means smashing out intense HIIT training but honestly sometimes a long walk is just what your muscles need 🤍
