What I am about...

Hi, my name is Suzanne Newman and I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My journey has been a personal health awareness discovery, not in a self-obsessive way, but rather in a way that has been inspired to help others through experiencing breakthroughs in my own health and well being, where I could not get bottom of understanding the reason for certain sensitivities, causing reactions and infections, even from childhood.

In my child bearing years, I experienced 10 miscarriages which was an extremely difficult season for me, but by the grace of God I did have a healthy son!

Since that time, my interest in becoming aware of health alternatives increased. I then went through a period in dealing with chronic fatigue, later adrenal fatigue and burnout, hypo-glycemia including an autoimmune condition - ‘leaky gut’ ie; intestinal permeability, which I was diagnosed over 5 times what was considered an acceptable limit, and all I ever did was eat (as I understood it) ’healthy food’.

In this journey, l have come to understand that what may be healthy for one person may actually be harmful for another, and that when we respect our God-given bio-individual uniqueness and work with it, it creates wellbeing and the ability to flourish.

In becoming a Health Coach I have learnt that my miscarriages and the ongoing health struggles could have been prevented.

As a Health Coach, I have effectively worked with women to assist their breakthrough especially in the area of autoimmunity, including fibromyalgia, where there is a need to support their immune system in order to enable their body to fight dis-ease. I have also seen breakthroughs in working with women who desire to become pregnant, preparing and seeing them through to a healthy pregnancy, as well as supporting those with the MTHFR hormone gene and dealing with anxiety and depression.

I work with people of all ages and stages.

6 month Health Coaching Program - $250 per month

Kick Starter Course - $250 per month, month by month or as required

I am able to tailor a program to your needs.
