Chakra 2 & LOVE life ~ true love, just like most other things in life can be a conscious process of manifesting, connecting and dancing together ~ when it is a good, divine and aligned relationship, it can be incredibly liberating, fulfilling and you will both weave your beautiful energies together to create a life that is full of magic that wouldn’t have been ignited without each other’s unique and complementary gifts intertwining ❤️‍🔥 It becomes a dance of joy, not a chore or a bore.

The sad thing is when we attract someone in as a lover from our wounded selves, needing, traumatised, uncertain of all that we deserve and have to offer, we create those same patterns in our relationships and carry on that vibration into the future which can not only hinder our progress and healing, but also cause more damage.

Trauma bonds must not be mistaken for love.

It is possible to feel safe, secure, sexually connected and in love ALL THE TIME - it does take work and a conscious process but it’s possible.

A day off (finally 🙈) to play by the sea 🌊 🌈
Embracing the sandy wobbles,
Of this endless sky Drishti 👁
Arriving back in my body and mind,
The happiness and oneness of body, mind and nature through breath 🌬,
This ancient practice 🧘🏽‍♀️ moving through us
Never ceases to amaze me 😍

We all have a forest fairy inside of us 🌳💫🧚🏾‍♀️👇🏾

1) get barefoot, close to the earth
2) do some sun A’s, Surya namaskars, as many as you need, 3,5 or more.
3) then this flow, the chair pose bit is deceivingly 🔥, slower than me, longer if you please.
4) left and right of my second lunge flow.
5) breathing nice and slow all the while.
