Encourage Naturopathy & Counselling I listen, I learn, I encourage. I offer consultations in Bundaberg, and Online. Health fund rebates may apply, depending on your level of cover and appointment.

Counselling services and Natural Therapies, provided by a qualified Counsellor & Naturopath with Nutrition, and special interests in chronic disease management. I am available to travel to your location with a transport fee, and treatment fee paid in advance there are no refunds for this fee if cancelled within 24hrs. NDIS, plan-managed, and self-managed fund members are welcome. Please call or message for an appointment; treatments include Counselling, Naturopathy, Relaxation Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Iridology plus all other Modalities of Naturopathy. My approach is not as strict as most Naturopaths; the approach is up to you, and where you at are at in your life and health journey. I strongly believe we need to do things step by step at our own pace. With a radical change - you can sometimes set yourself up to fail. Though if you are ready, able and willing, you can do it. So, feet first or baby steps, the choice is yours. I am here to offer encouragement and guidance, and some quality practitioner prescribed supplements, if required. I am a sole parent, survivor and creative. I am a qualified chef, trainer and assessor, naturopath and counsellor. I love to build, design, landscape and renovate. My current passion is woodworking, and did I mention gardening? Plants are my purpose, the earth centres me. I do what I can to repay the debt.
