Teen Fortnightly Art Therapy Group
A creative and supportive space for teens to explore mindfulness, social connection, emotional expression, self-esteem, and confidence through art. Using a variety of art materials and techniques, each session offers a unique opportunity for self-discovery and creative expression in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.

Key Focus Areas:

Mindfulness & relaxation through creative activities

Building social connections in a supportive group

Expressing emotions and personal experiences through art

Enhancing self-esteem and confidence

Exploring different art materials and techniques

An affirmation is a simple but powerful statement that helps to strengthen the connection between your unconscious mind and your conscious mind.

The more you strengthen this connection, the more resilient you will be when difficult or challenging circumstances.
