⭐️ Meet Renee — Our newest instructor! ⭐️

Renee will be teaching on Friday afternoons, so be sure to jump in her classes and give her the warmest welcome 🥰

Tell us a little about yourself:
I’m obsessed with all things fitness! I train strength and conditioning three times a week, Reformer Pilates three times a week, and I’ve recently swapped running for long walks as I’m expecting a little girl in April 🤰 🫶🏼. I’m an iced-latte lover, a keen home cook, and happiest spending time with my loved ones.

What inspired you to become an instructor?
I’ve danced since I was three and completed three years of full-time dance training, graduating with a dance and business management degree. Weekly Pilates classes during my course sparked my love for Pilates. Dance and Pilates go hand-in-hand, and that blend has shaped the instructor I am today.

What can clients expect from your classes?
Lots of strap work, fun props… and probably a little yapping along the way 🤭

One artist you could listen to on repeat?
Old-school Rihanna — always.

🎄✨ Our very first Pilates Studio Christmas Party was such a special one!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a relaxed lunch, lots of laughs, and some surprisingly competitive (and very entertaining!) lawn bowls. 😂🎳

It was so lovely catching up outside the studio, sharing stories, and celebrating an amazing year together. We’re so grateful for this community, you make what we do feel so meaningful. ❤️

Reformer Technique: Common Mistakes + How to Fix Them

✨ Good Pilates isn’t about how many reps you do, it’s about how well you move.

The reformer builds strength, control, and mobility, but only if your form is right 👇🏼

🔹 Control over momentum: Move slowly and intentionally, don’t let the springs do the work.
🔹 Neutral spine: Keep your ribs down, hips level, and core lightly engaged to protect your back.
🔹 Breath connection: Exhale through effort, inhale through release, your breath supports your core.
🔹 Shoulder stability: Relax your neck and traps; draw shoulders down and wide, not up to your ears.
🔹 Foot & knee alignment: Keep knees tracking over toes, no collapsing inward or rolling out.

Small tweaks = big results 💪🏼

✨ 3 + Years of Commitment & Passion for Pilates ✨

Meet Domi, one of our OG members who’s been training with us for over 3 years! When she first joined, she’d tried a bit of everything; soccer, gym sessions, walking but nothing ever truly stuck.
