Tell us a little about yourself:
I’m obsessed with all things fitness! I train strength and conditioning three times a week, Reformer Pilates three times a week, and I’ve recently swapped running for long walks as I’m expecting a little girl in April 🤰 🫶🏼. I’m an iced-latte lover, a keen home cook, and happiest spending time with my loved ones.
What inspired you to become an instructor?
I’ve danced since I was three and completed three years of full-time dance training, graduating with a dance and business management degree. Weekly Pilates classes during my course sparked my love for Pilates. Dance and Pilates go hand-in-hand, and that blend has shaped the instructor I am today.
What can clients expect from your classes?
Lots of strap work, fun props… and probably a little yapping along the way 🤭
One artist you could listen to on repeat?
Old-school Rihanna — always.
