Happy New Year everyone!

I hope 2021 is a good one to us all, and if not, I hope that we reach the other side stronger and wiser 😊

Just a reminder that I am not currently booking any massage appointments and at this stage do not have a reopening date.

Wednesday 30th Decemeber 2020

Yesterday I spent time sterilizing jars, filling them with various herbs and natural products, and putting labels on them all as an awesome finishing touch. This morning I used the Californian Poppies that I grew in my garden, and made a tincture with the purpose of assisting anxiety, pain and insomnia. I can't wait to try it out in a month or so. I also cannot wait to put my apocathecary to good use 💚🌿

I'm feeling a little 'sniffly and hoarse' today (yup I've over done it, but hey it was all worth it) so I thought I'd chase any germs away with a whiff of this magic combo!

Friday 4th December 2020

I am lovin' todays blend made with my doTERRA essential oils 💜
Before getting up and making this blend I was feeling nauseous, anxious, and just generally cbf'd 🤢🤯😴
Since making it, and admittedly spilling drops of peppermint over myself, the mehness has shifted - thank goodness 🤗😌🥰
💛 Lemon Myrtle is elevating and refreshing.
🧡 Grapefruit is balancing. It uplifts the mind which may help alleviate anxiety.
💚 Lime is stimulating and also refreshing. It is great to help overcome exhaustion, depression and listnessness.
💙 Peppermint purifys and stimulates the conscious mind, helping with memory and mental performance...and, it comes as no surprise that it can help ease nausea.
