Super cool weekend! An awesome Friday night seeing at The Arts Centre Melbourne with the Victorian symphony Orchestra. What an incredible night 🌙 loved every second with my most favourite people ❤️ Man his voice is sensational.

Then today I tackled a 12km hike which was super challenging in the heat 🥵 and loads of rock scrambling. My friend who was coming along had to cancel last minute, It would have been easier to stay in bed! But no, best decision made because even through it was a tough 3 hours, it was soooooo fun. I needed a 2 hour nap this afternoon for recovery. 🤣

How was everyone else's weekend?

In this beautiful two day workshop you will receive all of the guidance, theory and practice to enable you to offer Reiki to your family and friends. You will benefit greatly by learning this hands on modality which encourages inner peace, relief of stress and anxiety, improvement of sleep, relief of pain, clearing and balancing of your energy and so much more.
During this workshop you will learn the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, how it works and the benefits. How we can assist to heal illness through Reiki and how the chakra system works. You will learn how to perform a Reiki healing on another, yourself and with plenty of opportunity to practice.
You will receive the sacred attunement for Reiki level 1, a thorough manual and a certificate upon completion. Reiki will bring you the gift of truly connecting with yourself and creating a deeper soul connection.

I love this sunrise 🌅

I took this on Phillip Island recently whilst on an early morning walk on a special day.

Simple quiet moments are my favourite.

Some of my most recent favourite simple moments have been trying paddle boarding (love it! Getting one) laying in the grass by a river, napping in a camp chair, meeting new dogs, trying out trekking poles and talking to a couple of kangaroos.

Simplicity, small moments, chance encounters and sweet signs from the universe keep my heart aligned and gratitude high.

Kelly is a Shaman master, Teacher, EFT & Ho’oponopono practitioner, soul reader, Guide & mentor.

You will be lead through deep purposeful meditations, with the support of a group essential oil, reflections, nervous system regulation techniques and a love, grace and gratitude movement practice. You will also experience a water release exercise and a time for journaling. Experience the beauty of the Ho’oponopono prayer and EFT practice (emotional freedom technique) blended to support you in releasing emotional pain, bringing peace to the mind and heart, through forgiveness, breaking negative cycles and transforming inner conflict to peace.
