Join me in Aromatic Kinesiology level 1 in December. This will be the last opportunity for a little while to complete level 1. As my attention will be moving to Aromatic Kinesiology levels 2 and 3 in the first half of the new year.

I adore teaching Aromatic Kinesiology, and I look forward to sharing this beautiful heart work with you.

This two and a half day workshop is filled with beautiful tools to take out into the world and share with your loved ones, you also have the opportunity to undertake a certification process afterwards so you can confidently bring Aromatic Kinesiology level 1 processes into any therapy work you offer.

Join Julie and Kelly for a beautifully loving and healing 2 hour session embracing love and forgiveness, infusing the heart with deep compassion and gratitude. This sacred space will be held at 91 Ferguson Street in Williamstown.

Julie is a Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatic Kinesiology Teacher, Intuitive Healer, Mentor, and Guide.
Kelly is a Shaman, Teacher, and Soul reader.

You will be led through deep, purposeful meditations, with the support of a group essential oil, reflections, nervous system regulation techniques, and a love, grace, and gratitude movement practice. You will also experience a water release exercise and a time for journaling. Experience the beauty of the Ho’oponopono prayer and EFT practice (emotional freedom technique) blended to support you in releasing emotional pain, bringing peace to the mind and heart, through forgiveness, breaking negative cycles and transforming inner conflict to peace.

Thank you so much to the beautiful people who have been so supportive during this time of change, which is full of joy and discomfort! That's what change is all about, letting go and creating new pathways with an open heart to what's possible.

This coming week is my final one in my Bacchus Marsh studio. I have a big week ahead of clients before I close out this space and head to the sea!

Today, after the workshop in Williamstown, I went to the beach and breathed in the changes, letting the shifts settle in. Using the wind (it's been excessively windy for so long now!) to clear out my energy and create space.

I actually love change, even with the uncomfortable moments. I have felt myself in the last year or two, being really open to all possibilities. However, they show up.

Again, thank you to those who have shown up for me in friendship. 🌹
