On today's early morning training walk I noticed that my podcast was getting drowned out by what I thought were very noisy frogs. As I took out my earpods to listen, I realised that they were not noisy froggys at all but hundreds of bats!! These guys were loud!

They definitely got my attention, so I thought I would look a little deeper into the spiritual meaning of bats.

They symbolise huge and profound transformation, rebirth and moving through the darkness in different transitions of life. Heightened intuition, unveiling illusions and shifting perspectives. Also the encouragement of facing fears and working with our shadow.

Fascinating and on point!

I love animal and nature medicine. The land speaks to me everyday. If I could be in the depth of the bush, rainforests, mountains, beaches and more all day long I would be one happy woman!

Thank you to the 6 really lovely women who joined me tonight for 'She who receives ' Heart alignment group healing session.

We spent some time with meditation, essential oils, a little sharing, journaling, intention setting, reiki, rest and gentle movement.
They each have taken home an intentionally made body cream.

Thank you for the quiet connection on a Friday night.

My early morning 18km local training walk today.

I find walking to be my greatest form of energy clearing, mind and emotional processing and physically massively beneficial.

My Dad recently told me that he thinks I take after my great uncle David who apparently walked everywhere and for hours!
My beautiful grandma, felt that walking everyday attributed to her living a long life.
Everyday when I walk, I think of her. The older I get, the more I want to walk. I can walk for hours, with podcasts, music or silence.
This love has led me to going on an adventure later this year.🚶‍♀️More on that another time. 😁

If I will see you out in the world while I am walking! Make sure you give me a wave. 😄😄

I have been percolating over the last few days, sitting in reflection and contemplation, as well as resting.

I am so happy to share that after another intensive week of training, my Teacher training for Aromatic Kinesiology® has completed!!

What a big week it was in sunny Ballarat, full of connection, learning, support, ideas, reflection, and so much more.

It is an absolute honour to be one of six AK teachers in the world, sharing the incredible heart work by the forever inspiring .

I am still processing my thoughts and feelings. It is such moving work, and to share it all with you makes my heart grow three times bigger. ❤️
