We hope your new year is filled with health, happiness and joy. Em is enjoying exploring around Vietnam and will be back in clinic on Jan 13th. Mell is heading to India to peruse advanced training and is back on deck from Feb 12th. Safe and happy holidays!

Hi I’m Mell from Life and Motion Osteo. You will find me in Bacchus Marsh where I work as an Osteopath and a yoga and meditation teacher. I work one on one with the people who come to see me to find ways of healing, moving and being- easier, with more joy, and more stability. I work with other wonderful passionate people with the same inspiration- To offer help to those that seek it. Dr Emily Kro, is treating in the clinic, and a host of wonderful teachers and myself facilitate around 20 group yoga, Pilates and meditation classes each week.
