FREE baby stuff out the front of 35 Wallace Street Bairnsdale.

Our little one is growing up so thought we’d move some of the outgrown stuff on at no cost to anyone who might need it ❤️

- Activity gym/play mat (no toys)
- portable high chair/booster seat with tray
- bassinet on wheels with two sheets
- other sheets, pillowcases, blanket and teddy outfit

We’ve had another bountiful harvest today we’d love to give away!

Lots of beetroot, some green beans, cucumbers, zucchini and some roma tomatoes.

Limits per person as we went through them very quickly last time.

We’ve had a bountiful harvest from our lush veggie garden here at BSS HQ - so bountiful in fact, we have more than we can get through ourselves!

With great help from some of our participants the majority of the veggie garden is now busy growing!! We have zucchinis, beetroot, spring onion, corn 🌽, cucumber 🥒, lettuce 🥬, potatoes 🥔 and beans 🫘.

We have also started growing a hedge that will hopefully turn into a lovely front fence over time!

Helping our participants understand the importance of watering, healthy soil, PH levels through gardening is something that support worker Blake LOVES doing.

Can’t wait for the next step, harvesting some of the freshest produce to cook with!

Not featured, we have also planted an orange 🍊 and plum tree!

We are so excited to announce our veggie gardens are now ready for planting!

A massive undertaking by Blake, these veggie gardens will mean we can grow our own veggies and herbs for cooking activities, and soon offer gardening activities to our clients.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated hay, supported our posts, or enquired about our services based on these posts.

Things are starting to build in our business, and we're so excited to bring more and more awesome activities to our current and future clients.

Bairnsdale Supportive Stays are looking for some hay!

Can you help us?

Our resident Mr. Fix-it/Build-it, Blake, has built us huge and amazing raised garden beds (around 10 sqm total!) so we can share our passion for gardening and sustainability through gardening activities for our clients.

We're looking for enough hay to cover the (soon-to-be) filled garden beds, and we have a box trailer to collect it, so delivery is not required.
