As we welcome 2026, we’ve been reflecting on why New Year’s resolutions often feel so heavy. They mostly feel a little forced, a bit loud, a bit unrealistic. Most of the time, they come from a place of wanting to "fix" ourselves!

At Thrive N Grow, we prefer to work with something much more powerful: Intention.

For many it’s a time for family and festivities during a time of uncertainty in the world, and for a few it’s a time for awakening the spirit of love and kindness over darkness and hate. However you see this Christmas be assured that there are the majority around you that care, love and give thanks for your friendship and kindness.

We are around half way through our visit to the Middle East and India, exploring the depths of Karnataka at present. Of course all while remembering and keeping our clients who are like our family in our hearts.♥️

Most people see pain as something to get rid of fast. Pop a painkiller, apply a patch or try to ignore it. But pain is your body saying: 'Something needs attention'.

⚡Acute Pain is your body’s alarm system.
Acute pain shows up suddenly from injury, strain or inflammation to protect you. It’s your body’s alarm, saying “Pause! Let me fix this.” Inflammation here isn’t bad as it’s how your body repairs. When supported, acute pain fades as healing completes.
