What some of you may not know is that with over 15 years of experience in Bowen Therapy and musculoskeletal care, Carolyn has spent endless hours combining Bowen Therapy with techniques including trigger point release, myofascial cupping, dry needling and muscle correction, and has helped countless people manage pain, tension and physical discomfort.
Over the years, Carolyn recognised a common challenge; many people needed ongoing muscle relief between appointments, but regular treatments aren’t always realistic in busy (and expensive) everyday life.
Wanting to create something simple, effective and accessible, she spent the past few years designing a tool that works as a therapist’s thumb… and that’s how Spot On Tool came to life.
