Winnie loves offering treatments that are deeply relaxing and create space for the bodies own intrinsic healing capacity to arise.
Fusing her training in Zen Thai Shiatsu and traditional Swedish relaxation techniques on the table her sessions have a depth & subtlety to them that leave the body feeling nourished, stretched and grounded.

Winnie is a huge advocate for the profound benefits of mutual, mindful touch in all its humble & revolutionary forms; from the hug, to contact improv dance, to family & friend sock wrestling matches (!) or a reassuring hand on someone's shoulder.
In this fast paced, digital era where we seem to have increasingly moved away from this largely free and wonderfully accessible therapy Winnie is all about celebrating and cultivating this modality steeped in tradition and science & invites you to get curious about it too!
