🍂Vin, YIN & Sound🍂
19th of April @ Eagle Point
🍁
Join Alice and Lydia for an exceptional yoga event that weaves together flowing Vinyasa, nourishing Yin and a soothing Sound Meditation. Closing the session with wholesome healthy cakes and warming chai. Creating balance with a little bit of everything.
🍁
Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual progression that connects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement for a smooth flow state.
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access deeper layers of fascia and to quiet the mind.
We complete the practice with an immersive sound meditation using various instruments to invite deep relaxation for the body and mind.
🍁
This blend of vinyasa, yin, and sound meditation is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself. In the quiet rhythm of autumn, you’re guided to soften, release, and reconnect with your breath and body.
This is your space to unwind, slow down, and come back to what matters. A place to recharge your energy, rejuvenate your body, recalibrate your mind, and reset your inner balance.

What we return to again and again shapes us. Not just in the body, but in the nervoussystem, the mind, the way we meet out lives.
This is why how you practice matters. Why gentleness counts.

This page gives you a glimpse of my Yoga offerings. Yoga found me in my teenage years and helped me to feel alive and awake. I deepened my practice ever since and keep exploring the capacities of the body and the mind. I finished my studies of cultural and social anthropology with an analysis about the effects of silence meditation Retreats (Vipasana) because I find it fascinating how the interest for mindfulness and meditation seems to grow immensely.
I have spent 15 years exploring yoga and enriched my knowledge with close to 600 hours of professional training in India (Mysore; Atmavikasa Yoga Kutira), Mexico ( Mazunte; Om Shanti Community) and Australia (Melbourne; Rainbow Yoga). I have been lucky enough to meet a great variety of inspiring teachers and have gained many memorable experiences which inform my teaching.
Yoga is my concept of freedom its a gift for me to share my passion with my students and guide them towards positive body awareness. I grew up in Germany, studied in Austria, travelled through Asia and Central America and now I’m based in Australia.
I’m offering Yoga for young, old and everybody in between, for everyone who likes moving and getting in touch with themselves. Everybody can breathe and move, we just need to find the mind set and a good space to direct our movements and breathe with full awareness. I aim to cultivate a safe and nourishing place for personal growth, vitality and well-being.
My studies in Hatha Yoga, Nuad Thai Yoga body work, Kids and Teenager Yoga and Acrobatic Yoga gave me a strong foundation to share my passion. My classes and my own practice are constantly growing and evolving. I’m still constantly learning about my habits of movement, my patterns of thinking and feeling. Envisioning a space where like-minded individuals can come together and express themselves through movement, I encourage students to dive deeply into a space of self-nourishment, fun and full acceptance of oneself.
Let’s FLOW to grow.
Let’s get up and EXPLORE movement.
Let’s get together and ENJOY to feel alive.
I have designed a practice suited for everyone dynamic and ORGANIC, for beginners and intermediate.
Looking forward to meet you all.
