Community Participation Plus (CPP) specialises in providing support workers for NDIS participants who want to engage in community activities that are important to them. CPP aims to carefully match participants with support workers and creates care plans that ensure the time spent together is productive, enjoyable and focused on the goals NDIS participants want to achieve.
CPP support workers can provide assistance across a huge range of recreational, social and volunteer work activities. They can work with in participant’s homes, at our Think Play Thrive Speech Pathology Clinic or in the community. CPP can support participants individually or in small groups and has fully accessible client transport vehicles. Our DSW team are experienced, multilingual and highly skilled group of people from a range of health professions. We are based in East Gippsland, so CPP understands our community and our experienced support workers are locals too.
CPP has several new positions available in their Disability Support Worker (DSW) Team:

22.5 hours per week, $30.19 P.H.
(12-month Fixed term contract)
Disability Support Worker (DSW)
Casual Staff, $37.74 P.H.
