Please welcome Dr Christopher Long to Camira-Springfield Chiropractic during Dr Paul's holiday leave. Dr Chris is an experienced chiropractor with over 30 years of practice. He will be with us from Monday the 2nd to Friday the 27th of September.

After 33 years practicing in Bairnsdale, today is my last day. My partner Kylie and I will be leaving tomorrow on an amazing new adventure, working and travelling Australia. I really want to thank all thousands of patients and friends I have made along the way. It's has been my absolute pleasure and privilege to meet and/or take care of you all over the years. No doubt I will be back for a visit in the not too distant future, but until then, take care and look after yourselves. I still have a couple of spots free for those in need. Adios amigos.

As we sleigh into the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, our days are filled with festive celebrations, decorating, shopping, and endless running around – we mustn't forget to look after our spinal health in those long, exciting days!
