Last night was the first of our Thursday night Yin, Yoga & Meditation May series, and it was magic.

Teaching in this new space we’ve worked so hard to create felt like a deep exhale. It’s warm, clean, and nurturing - designed with care for your nervous system and mine.

Part of my own process is creating a little nest for each student. Last night, every person had three blankets and a full selection of props. It felt like such a quiet luxury, and honestly, it’s exactly what I need right now too. Life is full and fast, so this kind of constructed rest feels essential.

Thank you to everyone who shared the space. Let’s keep unwinding, together.
