On International Women’s Day 2026, we celebrate the women who shape the heart of Pando Society — and the practitioners who lead with strength, empathy and integrity.

This is what Naturopath Isabel Townsend had to say on being a woman at Pando Society.

“To me, being a woman at Pando is about creating a space where women feel truly seen and heard. A lot of my patients come in having had their hormonal concerns dismissed elsewhere, so it’s really special to be able to support them and investigate their health together.

I often feel proud to be a woman in this field when I’m sitting with my female clients and helping them understand what’s happening in their bodies, sometimes for the first time.

There’s such a supportive and welcoming energy at Pando, from both the female practitioners and clients. It’s a space people genuinely enjoy being in, and that’s what makes the community feel so strong.”

Thank you for being you, Izzy 💚

A Yin & Energy Healing Immersion at Pando Society

An intimate Sunday evening devoted to deep restoration, energetic release and refined stillness.

This immersive, small-group experience is designed for women and feminine-inclined beings who are ready to soften, recalibrate and return to themselves.

Through long-held, fully supported Yin postures, guided meditation and subtle yet powerful Energy Healing transmissions, we create the conditions for profound rest — the kind that clears mental fog, unwinds stored tension and restores inner steadiness.

From the moment you arrive and are welcomed with tea, to the closing integration circle, every element of the evening is intentionally curated to help you soften, feel held and gently return to yourself. This is more than a class; it is a carefully held experience.

Thoughtfully created and co-hosted by Tamryn Coyles (Yin & Meditation) and Rochelle Dunne (Reiki Master Attuned, Energy Healer), the evening weaves together their modalities in seamless collaboration. With two experienced practitioners holding the space, each participant receives personalised care and attentive energetic support within an intimate setting.

With only eight places available, this gathering is intentionally limited — allowing every woman to feel seen, supported and deeply held.

Ahead of International Women’s Day 2026, we celebrate the women who shape the heart of Pando Society — and the practitioners who lead with strength, empathy and integrity.

This is what Chiropractor Carolyn Hawke had to say on being a woman at Pando Society.

For me, being a woman at Pando Society means being part of a community that values empathy, collaboration, and genuine care. I feel proud to work in a wellness centre that champions women while also being inclusive of people of all genders. What makes Pando special is how we work together, we have such an intelligent and thoughtful group of practitioners, and that collaboration helps us provide the best care for our community.

I often feel proud in the everyday moments, when our team supports each other behind the scenes, discuss cases, or refer clients to someone else because it will help them most. It reflects the collaborative culture at Pando and the genuine care we all have for the people who come through our doors.

Women in wellness often bring a strong focus on listening, compassion, and creating spaces where people feel safe and supported. At Pando, that shows up in the way practitioners collaborate and truly listen to clients. It helps create a welcoming and empowering environment for everyone in the community.

We love what your bring, Carolyn 💚

Tight muscles that won’t release? Persistent knots that stretching can’t quite fix?

Dry needling in myotherapy is one of the most effective ways to target deep muscular tension and speed up recovery.

At Pando Society in Melbourne, dry needling is used to release trigger points, reduce muscle pain, and restore normal movement patterns. By inserting a fine needle into tight or overactive muscle tissue, we help stimulate a reset in the muscle — improving circulation, decreasing pain signals, and allowing the area to relax properly.

It’s commonly used for:
• neck and shoulder tension
• lower back pain
• headaches and jaw tightness
• sports recovery
• chronic muscle stiffness

Dry needling isn’t acupuncture — it’s a clinically targeted technique within myotherapy treatment designed specifically for muscular dysfunction and injury management.

Ahead of Sunday’s International Women’s Day 2026, we celebrate the women who shape the heart of Pando Society — and the practitioners who lead with strength, empathy and integrity.

First up is acupuncturist guru Kerry Jenkins. Kerry had the below to say about her experiences as a woman at Pando Society.

“Being a woman at Pando means holding a calm, grounded space where women feel genuinely supported. In my work with hormonal health, fertility and pregnancy, I’m often meeting women in uncertain, in-between seasons — and it’s such a privilege to help them feel more connected, more informed and more confident in their bodies. I feel most proud when someone leaves feeling steadier and reassured in her own capacity.

I also love that we can offer collaborative care at Pando under one roof — from yoga and breathwork classes to complementary therapies so support continues well beyond the acupuncture room, in a safe and welcoming community.”

We love your work and everything you are, Kerry 💚
