Thank to everyone who attended our Open Day today! We had some great donations that were very much appreciated. We picked some green pears from the orchard and tasted a beautiful chocolate zucchini cake made by Gail Harding. Thank you Gail, it was delicious.

EGG CARTONS NEEDED
We seem to have gone through our massize store of egg cartons, so if you have any to spare, please drop off at the Wakefield Community Garden - Balaklava on the bench by the chook shed. Thank you!

Our girls also love food scraps, if you have any to spare.

Reminder: Open Day and Plant & Produce Sale &/or Swap is held monthly on the first Saturday of the month 10am-12pm at the Wakefield Community Garden on Virgo Tce, Balaklava.
Next Open Day is this weekend, Saturday 7th February 2026.

We have quite a few Kokedamas left over from the Balaklava Christmas Pageant that we want to sell. Come on down to see what one or more you would like or just visit the garden to see what is there!

🪴🌿 We will have a table at the Balaklava Christmas Pageant selling Kokedamas Friday night 19th December 2025.

For those who missed out on our Kokedama workshop, if there is enough interest, we will hold another one in the new year. Leave your name and contact details with us!
