🎉Welcome to our team!
We're excited to welcome Lilly, our new work placement student from TAFE Geraldton, who is currently studying Certificate III Allied Health Assistant program VETDSS!
Over the coming weeks, she'll be working alongside our experienced local Occupational therapist, Jim, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the meaningful work we do within our community. 🏡
We're proud to support local students and help grow the next generation of passionate health professionals. Let's all give Lilly a warm welcome! 💖

⭐What an incredible day at the Geraldton Disability Expo!
Today was a truly inspiring and heartwarming experience as we connected with so many wonderful individuals, families, and service providers.
We had the opportunity to:
✅Share our services and supports
✅Connect with passionate people and organisations
✅Learn more about what our amazing community has to offer
✅Listen to powerful stories and messages that reminded us why we do what we do
A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, shared a smile, asked questions, or even just waved hello! 👋 Your presence made the day extra special! Especially to the City of the Greater Geraldton who's always there to invite and host the event for our community.
To our team - your energy and commitment were unmatched. We're proud to continue advocating for inclusion, accessibility and quality support for all.

Yesterday our Geraldton team attended the Midwest Community and Employment EXPO🙌
We had an amazing time connecting with local businesses, community leaders, and job seekers.
Celebrating the incredible talent, skills and experiences we all hold.
A big shoutout to the event organizers - MEEDAC - for putting together such a well-executed event, and to our wonderful staff for attending and representing us with such enthusiasm and passion! Your hard work and dedication truly made the day memorable. 🙏
It was inspiring to meet so many passionate people who are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. From networking with fellow employers to hearing the stories of individuals eager to grow and contribute, this event reminded us just how important it is to come together and support one another.
We're so grateful for the chance to share what we do, hear about others' journeys, and discover new ways we can all continue to collaborate and lift each other up! 🙌
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and made this event such a success. We can’t wait to see how the relationships we built today will grow and thrive in the future.

Great turnout at our homecare meeting with the Chin elderly group chaired by our champion Lung! The members had the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and learn more about My Way’s Homecare and NDIS services. We look forward to many more meaningful meetings and events.
