A big well done to our Chiropractors who levelled up over the weekend. 🏅

🤰 Dr JP and Dr Charlene completed further training in the Webster Technique, a gentle, pregnancy-focused approach that looks at pelvic balance and comfort as the body changes. For our pregnant patients, this means more tailored, low-force options designed to support movement and ease through each stage of pregnancy.

🧠 Dr Carly attended a Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) course: This is a gentle method that focuses on the relationship between the pelvis and the base of the skull. It’s a whole-body approach that gives us another low-force option when assessing posture, movement, and spinal balance.

For you, this means a broader range of tailored care options as we continue to refine our skills. 👏
