Let the ever growing professional team at Baldivis Atwick Terrace Family Medical Practice take care of you and your families health care needs.

Whether you need an appointment for a script, an urgent walk in appointment for an unexpected emergency or you just need a caring experienced GP to look after your chronic health condition or everyday needs. We are here to help you!

We have 12 full time permanent doctors working a range of shifts 7 days a week! We are open from 7am until 7pm Monday to Friday - so come before or after school/ work commitments or visit us on the weekend from 8am until 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

We bulk bill the following patients
* Children under 16 years.
* Adults over 65 years.
* Patients with a valid Concession/Pension Cards.
* DVA GOLD holders
* Chronic Health Management Plans.
* Mental Health Care Plans.
* 45-49 Health Assessments.

All other patients will be Mixed Billed and the relevant Medicare Rebate applied.

Several of our GPs are highly qualified with Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents and DVA claims. Please call the practice if you require an appointment of this nature to ensure you are paired with the right doctor.

Our treatment room is available for minor surgical procedures including

* Implanon Insertion’s.
* Implanon Removals.
* Minor cuts and injuries.

**MANCUVENI PSYCHOLOGY HAVE A NEW COUNSELLOR**

Introducing Fathima Shaha Hussain - Registered Counsellor

She is a qualified Mental Health Counsellor, registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), holding a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrated Counselling. Professional expertise with empathy, creating a safe and respectful space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals.

She draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA), blended with elements of Art Therapy to support creative expression and deeper self-exploration where appropriate.

Certifications in su***de prevention and pre- and post-marital counselling, further equipping me to guide individuals and couples through a variety of emotional and relational concerns.

OUR TEAM IS CONTINUING TO GROW!!!

We wish to warmly welcone Dr Mus to the Baldivis Atwick Terrace Family - appointments commencing Wednesday 5th March including late evenings and weekends!

Dr. Musbahiyah Mat Zainal graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) in 2013 from University of Bristol, UK, and has since dedicated over 12 years to serving patients in Malaysia.
She obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General practitioners in 2022.

Dr Mat Zainal is commonly known as “Dr Mus” to her colleagues and patients.

With a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine, Dr. Mus brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare, focusing on holistic, whole-person care.

She has an interest in all areas of general practice especially care of the elderly, infectious diseases,
women’s health, child health, chronic diseases, Health Assessments, Mental Health, Child Immunisations, Pregnancy Shared Care, fertility medicine, workers compensation and general medicine.
Whether it's managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, or supporting mental health, Dr. Mus strives to empower patients to take an active role in their own health and well-being.

Having worked in diverse clinical settings across different countries, Dr. Mus has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, recognizing the importance of understanding each patient’s unique background, beliefs, and lifestyle. This approach ensures that care is tailored to meet the needs of individuals from various cultural contexts, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mus enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, which enriches their ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.

NEW FEMALE GP!

Yes ladies you heard correctly! Another NEW FEMALE GP!!!

We are very excited to welcome Dr Chinyerum Owhondah to the Baldivis Atwick Terrace Family Medical Practice Team! Dr Owhondah is commonly known as “Dr Rum” to her colleagues and patients.

Dr Rum was born in Nigeria. She graduated from the University of Ghana with a BSc (Medical Science) Degree in 2005 and was awarded her medical degree (MB ChB) in 2009.

She has worked in the public and private sectors in Ghana between 2009 and 2017, then worked in the UK as a medical officer in Orthopedics, before undertaking her formal GP training. She was awarded her GP certification (MRCGP) in 2021 by the Royal College of General Practitioners.

She has completed a post-CCT GP fellowship program and worked as a family GP and subsequently as a GP Principal (Partner) up until December 2024.

She was the Quality outcome framework (QOF) co-lead for her previous practice in the UK.

She is a warm, thoughtful and reflective GP who brings a unique multi-cultural and open-minded approach to her work and delivers a high standard of personalised care to her patients.
