We’re so often told that bravery looks like holding it all together.
Smiling when we’re breaking inside.
Pushing through the exhaustion.
Keeping busy so we don’t have to feel.
Sound familiar?
But I’ve learned that quiet bravery is something entirely different.
It’s letting the tears fall in the shower.
It’s admitting “I can’t do this alone”.
It’s saying no, even when people might not understand.
It’s slowing down when the world tells you to speed up.
Vulnerability is not weakness. It’s one of the bravest things you’ll ever do.
My latest podcast episode of Soulful Stories with Steph is out now:
Quiet Bravery: How Vulnerability Can Be the Strongest Thing You Do. Link in my bio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
