Physio X Baldivis is seeking a friendly and professional Client Relations Manager to be the heart of our clinic. This is a vital role where your excellent customer service skills will ensure every patient has a positive, seamless experience from their very first contact.

💖 The Role and Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact, you will manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

Exceptional Client Service: Providing a warm welcome and professional assistance to all patients.

Administrative Management: Handling bookings, phone calls, correspondence, and maintaining organised client records.

Billing & Systems: Proficiently using clinical software such as Cliniko and managing health insurance claims via HiCAPS.

Operational Support: Utilizing Word and Excel for general administrative tasks and supporting the clinical team.

✨ What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly reliable individual with proven experience and a genuine desire to help others.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Proficiency with modern office systems, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with Cliniko and HiCAPS is highly regarded, but strong administrative candidates will be considered.

An organised approach, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

💼 Position Details:
Location: Physio X Baldivis, 6/10 Atwick Terrace, Baldivis.

Type: Casual Position.

Start Date: Immediate Start.
