🧧 A new year. A fresh start.

Lunar New Year traditions remind us to slow down, be intentional and protect the energy we carry forward.

Even simple things like not sweeping today (symbolise allowing new opportunities, health and good fortune to settle in).

It’s a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.

At HFC, we see this every day. When you create space, release tension and reset your body, it has the opportunity to move and function at its best.
