Time :
Do not wait; the time will never be 'just right.' Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.

We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.

The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.

Nothing is too late than never. Start meditation for few minutes in a day and feel and live the difference

Being in my class for a few years and when I introduced you to Swamiji I knew and he knew you will shine. So go shine and make others shine.

" Santé, beauté, énergie et bien être retrouvées ! Le Yoga des hormones, créé par Dinah Rodrigues propose une série d’exercices de yoga pour réactiver les hormones grâce à des combinaisons de postures dynamiques et de techniques de respiration intense. Ces exercices activent les glandes hormonales (ovaires, thyroïde, hypophyse et surrénales) pour palier aux problèmes des femmes :
- qui traversent la ménopause (préménopause, ménopause précoce également),
- à celle ayant des problèmes d’infertilité,
- à celles qui, à n’importe quel âge, présentent un taux d’hormones trop bas (crampes menstruelles, sautes d’humeur, déprime, beauté de la peau, ….).

Le yoga des hormones peut être pratiqué à tout âge même sans aucun de ces symptômes pour encore plus d'énergie et de bien être, la beauté de la peau et des cheveux !

Les symptômes d’un niveau des hormones trop bas sont d’ordre physique, émotionnel et intellectuel. Sur le plan physiologique : perte de cheveux, problème de peau, bouffées de chaleur, sécheresse uro-génital (qui elle-même contribue à affaiblir l’immunité de cette région, pouvant causer des cystites et autres maladies locales) et douleurs dans les articulations…. Il y a un ralentissement de l’activité cérébrale et plus particulièrement du raisonnement et une difficulté à prendre des décisions. Le Yoga des hormones fonctionne aussi pour les hommes.

CONTRE-INDICATIONS : ne pas pratiquer le Yoga des hormones pendant la grossesse, en cas de cancer du sein, d’endométriose avancée ou de grand fibrome dans l’utérus. "

ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA - Half Spinal Twist Pose

Half Spinal Twist pose is one of the best and most important asanas in Hatha Yoga. It has a huge amount of benefits which cover all the body systems.

Ardha = Half
Matsya = Fish
Eendra = King
Asana = Posture
Matsyendra – Founder of Hatha Yoga & Nath Tradition
Full Spinal Twist position was the favourite meditation pose of the Sage Matsyendranath so this pose is named after him. However, as it is a little difficult to practice a simplified form Half Spinal Twist came about.
