With the current weather warnings out, now is the time to make sure that
* you have enough medication to last 4 weeks and that your prescriptions are in date and you have enough repeats to get through the wet season.
* store your medication 💊 in an airtight container.
* Place your prescriptions in a zip lock bag and put with your medications 💊
* you may want to place your Medicare card and concession card in a zip lock back and place with your prescriptions and medication.

Look out for signs like:
- Dry mouth or lips 😬
- Dark-coloured urine 💛
- Headaches or dizziness 🤕

Stay hydrated with simple tips:
- Sip water regularly throughout the day
- Enjoy hydrating fruits and veggies 🍉🥒
- Replace fluids after exercise or hot weather
- Try electrolyte drinks if you’ve been sweating a lot
