We are back with another exercise program designed by our physiotherapist Scarlett - this time with a warm-up specifically designed for runners. 🏃
Complete each exercise before commencing your run:
1. Hamstring scoops
2. Lateral leg swings
3. Forward and backward leg swings
4. Hip flexor stretch
5. Dynamic figure-4 stretch
6. Knee drives
7. Forward lunge with rotation
8. High knees
9. Foot to butt kicks
