I’m newly graduated (diploma finished — certificate pending) from O’Neill Kinesiology College. Sessions often support immune, cardiovascular and digestive systems, and I specialise in helping release stress held in the body.

This work is gentle and somatic — you might not understand it, but you’ll feel the shift.

I’m still setting up my website, payment process and online booking system, so for now sessions are casual and conversational — just send me a message to claim the spot.
