Today we’re celebrating the one, the only… KAYAK KYMMY 🛶💥

Our fearless leader, idea machine, problem solver, and all-round legend - the woman who somehow keeps all the plates spinning and still finds time to bring the vibes 💃🔥

From leading the charge to jumping in wherever needed (and occasionally whipping up something delicious in the kitchen 👀🍝), Kym is the heart behind everything we do ❤️

🍲 Our kitchen was in full swing again with "Kayak Kymmy" manning the kitchen - with a homemade pumpkin soup bubbling away (and yes… it tasted just as good as it looked 🤤). Freshly chopped veggies, warm bowls, and fresh baked bread on the side – simple, comforting, and made together.

🔥 Outside, the BBQ was bringing the vibes with a stack of sausages cooking up – because nothing says community like good food and full bellies!

🛠️ We also had some hands-on action happening, with participants getting stuck into building and tinkering – following instructions, problem-solving, and having a laugh along the way.

🧶 And for those feeling a little more relaxed and creative, knitting was underway – stitch by stitch, creating something special (and seriously impressive 👏).

Days like today are what the Hub is all about –
trying new things, building skills, and doing it all together.

Our very own Community Services Manager, Prue, received the most special handmade gift this week - a beautifully knitted scarf in Collingwood colours! 🖤🤍

What makes it even more incredible? This was our participant’s very first time knitting 🧶👏

The pride, the effort, and the heart behind this piece is something truly special - and we couldn’t be prouder.

It’s not just a scarf… it’s confidence, growth, and connection stitched into every loop.

Safe to say Prue will be rugged up in style this winter! ❄️

Something magical was in the air at the Hub today…

✨🧙‍♀️

Our very own multi-talented chef “Kayak Kymmy” was cooking up an absolute storm 🔥🍳 - serving up homemade lasagne that had everyone coming back for seconds (and maybe thirds 👀😋).

But that wasn’t all…

The Hub was BUZZING with creativity! 🐝💫

We had:

🌙 Dream catcher making
🔮 Sensory spell bags
🕸️ Witch-themed mobiles

Safe to say… the vibes were witchy, wonderful, and full of fun 🖤✨
