Happy Friday Everyone..
My previous room at NinetyHQ is up for rent.
Beautiful room with seperate waiting/ reception area and Laundry.
We have the worlds best landlord and the best Ladies running multiple business's from the building.
We have staff/client toilets and kitchen, along with a spacious shared waiting room.

The last two days have seen myself and my very patient, very talented and very tired Man do what we thought would never end up looking this amazing in such a short span of time, AND only up the hall from where I was!
So no address change everyone, still the same building and the same waiting room ⭐️

This beautiful new space will no doubt have a few change arounds and spruce ups as I go, but for now, I am home and I am happy with everything where it is, except maybe the washing machine - any good cabinet makers wanna do a swap? 😬

A huge big THANK YOU to my man, Scotty, who has worked tirelessly and quite obviously only says "yes dear" instead of "no fkn way Lauren". He is actually the best ❤️
My big gals and my Mumma for popping in and helping today - love you ladies ❤️

I cannot wait to see you all in the coming weeks for treatment of the body, mind and soul.

Heyyyyyyy..

Im not the most consistant poster in the world, so i am just popping in with a little pearl of wisdom 🩷

Whilst we are living this new age lifestyle of looking after our brain health, stepping into our own power, being the best version of ourselves and everything else that goes with it - go us!! - we are forgetting something vital...

OUR BODIES.

The work horse that carries us through all these inner self revelations.

The number one thing that individuals turn to for positive brain health is activity - weights, running, yoga, group fitness, pilates , team sport etc. Keeping your body healthy and functioning is just as important as the brain that is prompting it.

Please dont forget the all important vessel that is carrying you to the best version of your inner self.
