Our last day open for colonics and all things health in person will be Tuesday the 27th.

Many of you already know that my time in Ballarat is running short.
My family is craving a change so we decided to sell everything, live in a caravan and travel for some time until we learn and experience all we possibly can and settle wherever the Universe wants us to be.🪐✨

It breaks my heart to leave you all- my gorgeous souls behind, but my spirit guides assure me that there is a lot more to this life then the one-on-one physical connection (although it’s my favourite kind of connection) 🤗💕

I feel so blessed and so grateful for each of you that I’ve crossed my path with!
I’ve learnt to grow my compassion, understanding, patience, gratitude, spiritual connection and the list goes on…💫💕

I will continue looking after everyone in need virtually and I will always do my best to direct you to a suitable practitioner.👍🏼

Before you sit down to enjoy your Easter feast, ask your insides how it’s all going there.

Studies have shown that the overgrowth of bad bacteria in your gut will force you to overeat, binge on sweets and alcohol and you know what’s coming next.

A very interesting dessert that deserves to be trialed! 😊

I haven't eaten sugar in a year A sugar-free energy dessert is a real treasure!
Ingredients:
Assorted dried fruits (approximately 130g) - Dried cranberries, apricots, plums, and raisins
20g of fast-dissolving gelatin
50g of walnuts
50g of peanuts
50g of pumpkin seeds
350g of cottage cheese
80g of yogurt
